Refund Policy

GreenVault (operated by BuScript / Epm Venture org) is committed to fair and transparent billing. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for subscriptions and token purchases.

• New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if they have not received any GRVT tokens or used platform features.
• Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request" and include the registered email address and reason.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Renewals (monthly charges after the first payment) are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
• Partial refunds for unused days are not provided.

• All GRVT token purchases made through the presale (via USDC/USDT on Polygon) are final and non-refundable.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed.
• If you believe a transaction was made in error, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal (accessible from your dashboard).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until then.
• Cancelling does not delete your account or GRVT balance.

• Tree planting is initiated based on your subscription tier. Trees planted on your behalf cannot be "unplanted" and are therefore non-refundable once the planting cycle begins (monthly).
• This does not affect your right to a subscription refund within the 7-day window.

• If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback.
• Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
