Terms of Service

By creating a GreenVault account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

GreenVault offers four subscription tiers:

• Seed: $30/month — 2 trees/month, 500 GRVT tokens
• Forest: $70/month — 5 trees/month, 1,400 GRVT tokens
• Carbon: $100/month — 8 trees/month, 2,200 GRVT tokens
• Guardian: $200/month — 18 trees/month, 5,000 GRVT tokens

Prices are in USD and may be updated with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months or previously delivered GRVT tokens.
• If payment fails, a 7-day grace period is applied before subscription suspension.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time, with proration applied.

Important: GRVT tokens are utility tokens within the GreenVault ecosystem. They are:

• Earned through membership subscriptions, platform activity, and referrals.
• Usable within the GreenVault platform for staking, rewards, and governance.
• Not financial instruments, securities, or investment products.
• Not guaranteed to have any value outside the GreenVault ecosystem.
• Subject to token economics that may change as the platform evolves.

GreenVault does not provide financial advice. Participation in the GRVT token ecosystem is at your own risk.

• GreenVault operates a real plantation growing jojoba and moringa crops.
• Tree allocations are calculated based on your subscription tier and displayed in your dashboard.
• Plantation data (soil readings, growth metrics, photos) is entered manually by our field team and may not be available in real-time.
• Tree planting is a long-term agricultural operation. Growth timelines, yields, and environmental impact are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Your subscription funds tree planting operations but does not constitute ownership of land, trees, or agricultural assets.

• You may earn GRVT commissions by referring new subscribers: Level 1 (10%), Level 2 (5%), Level 3 (2%).
• Commissions are calculated on subscription amounts and paid in GRVT tokens.
• Commission payouts require admin approval and are subject to minimum thresholds.
• Self-referral, fake accounts, and commission manipulation are prohibited and may result in account termination.

• You retain ownership of content you post on GreenVault.
• By posting, you grant GreenVault a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform.
• AI-generated content is created using your input and platform data. You may use generated content freely.
• Content that is harmful, illegal, misleading, or violates others' rights will be removed.

• You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion anonymizes your personal data.
• GreenVault may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse platform features.
• Earned GRVT tokens in your wallet at the time of termination remain yours if transferred to an external wallet.

GreenVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: investment losses, token value fluctuations, plantation yield variations, service interruptions, or third-party service failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in subscription fees in the last 12 months.

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email and platform notification. Continued use of GreenVault after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
